The Distribution BLUEPRINT
A written diagnosis of the gap between your assets and their audience, with a prioritised 90-day plan you can run with Spektra, with your own team or with another partner.
Start with the diagnosis, not the retainer.
- Fee
- $5,000, fixed
- Duration
- Seven calendar days
- Handover
- Day seven: eight outputs, one plan
- Commitment
- None beyond the Blueprint itself
01 / What you get
Eight outputs. Yours to keep.
Deliverables, not a summary of activities. Everything is handed over as work you can act on, whether or not Spektra runs the next phase with you.
- 01
Asset inventory
Everything you already own that can carry attention, ranked by distribution potential rather than by how much it cost to make.
- 02
Attention-system map
Where your audience actually spends time, which formats travel in those places, and who is currently getting the attention you want.
- 03
Distribution gap diagnosis
The specific constraint between the asset and the audience. Usually not a content problem.
- 04
Three evidence-backed opportunities
Each one tied to a real signal in your market, not a generic best practice.
- 05
Prioritised 90-day roadmap
What to do first, what follows it, and what to deliberately leave alone until the first cycle reports back.
- 06
Channel recommendations
The surfaces worth operating, the ones worth ignoring, and why the difference holds for your asset.
- 07
Execution plan
Formats, cadence, ownership and the first production set, ready to run in-house or with Spektra.
- 08
Measurement boundary
One primary measure, one baseline, and an explicit statement of the highest level of evidence your instrumentation can actually support.
02 / After day seven
The plan is yours. Run it your way.
The roadmap, channel recommendations and execution plan belong to you, with no obligation attached.
With Spektra
From $25,000 a month
Programmes are scoped from the plan. The scope and total investment are confirmed before the first cycle.
In-house
Your team runs it
The execution plan sets the formats, cadence, ownership and first production set, ready to run in-house.
Another partner
Hand it over
The roadmap and the execution plan go to whoever you choose. Nothing ties the plan to Spektra.
03 / The seven days
Seven days. Three stages.
In order: the objective and its baseline, the map of your assets and their audience, then the opportunities and the plan.
- Days 1-2
Objective and baseline
Spektra agrees the commercial objective, the primary measure and what the current baseline actually is.
- Days 3-5
Asset and attention mapping
Spektra inventories the assets, maps the attention environment around your category, and locates the distribution gap.
- Days 6-7
Opportunities and first-cycle plan
Spektra puts three opportunities in front of you with the evidence behind them, then builds the 90-day roadmap and the first cycle plan.
04 / Fit
Is this the right start?
The Blueprint is a diagnostic. It needs something real to diagnose, and the capacity to act on the answer.
This fits when
- You have a valuable product, story, catalogue or body of work
- There is evidence that attention is below what the asset plausibly deserves
- You have budget, rights and enough capacity to act on the answer
- More attention serves a specific commercial objective, not visibility for its own sake
It is not the right call when
- You are looking for a free proposal rather than paid research
- There is no identifiable objective yet
- You are looking for paid media, which Spektra does not offer
05 / Before day one
What Spektra needs from you.
Four things, agreed before the seven days start. Work begins once they are in place on day one.
- 01The commercial objective the attention is meant to serve
- 02Access to existing assets and to your channels, or the public links
- 03A named decision owner who can validate facts and resolve strategic questions
- 04Any constraints Spektra should know about: rights, embargoes, approval chains
What Spektra does not claim
No guaranteed reach, views, leads or revenue. The Blueprint states the highest level of evidence your instrumentation can actually support. Reach is reported as reach rather than as revenue.
Before you book.
No. An audit tells you what is wrong with what you have already done. The Blueprint establishes where the attention in your category actually is, and what it would take to reach it. You then get a prioritised plan for the next 90 days. It looks forward.
Seven days. Then you decide.
Spektra confirms fit, then sends the Blueprint agreement and invoice; the seven days start once assets and a decision owner are in place.
